I know I say this a lot. Probably every time I post anything about my children. Time is seriously flying by. I cant believe I now have a 20 month old and a 6 month old. It’s insane. I feel like this is because I have these two little ones that I have to keep up with every day. The days seem to just fly by with all of the little milestones, schedules, and to-do lists going on constantly. It has been quite the whirlwind, but I wouldn’t change a thing.
My youngest, Autumn, is officially 6 months old and has grown so much over the past few months. It’s so amazing to go back and look at new born pictures like the one posted here and see how much she has changed. It’s also fun to compare her to her sister. They have so many similarities and they also are different in so many ways. She has a great role model to look up to and I can already see that affecting her development. She is a very mellow baby and as sweet as can be, here are some of the things she has been up to:
+// Smiles all the time, all you have to do is give her a LITTLE attention
+// Has started solids, her first was carrots and she loved them, I’ve got another great eater
+// Loves it when I sing to her
+// She is very chatty and loves to hear herself
+// Hasn’t rolled over quite yet, but she is trying very hard.
+// Weighed in at 16lbs
+// Sleeps through the night and has a set schedule through the day
+// loves her big sister so much
+// just the happiest little one ever.
+// very observant and learning things too fast for my little heart
I am a lucky gal. I have two very sweet and very happy little girls. Both are easy to handle and as smart as can be. Alivia, my oldest, is 20 months now and the best big sister I could have asked for. She is always looking to help out in some way. She loves to take care of her little sister whether it be grabbing her pacifier, throwing away a diaper, or helping to feed her her bottle. And it just melts my heart.
My days are busy, I can’t lie about that. It is amazing how quickly my oldest can cover a room with all of her toys. The messes never end and neither does the cleaning or the laundry. Bed time is probably one of the best times of the day, even though I usually still have a lot to take care of, but at least I don’t have a toddler running around behind me. But, despite how hectic it can be having two under two, it is the best job in the world!
I love watching them grow and I can’t wait to see what the next year brings!
