Hello Lovelies,

I’m sure I have made this very clear in my past couple of posts, but I am so excited for December! It is my favorite time of the year! I set some goals last month, and for the most part I am planning to focus on the same goals again this month. I really want to enjoy this month by staying on the right track and ending 2014 on a great note. So, here are my December Goals.

December Goals

+// Relax. I am in the last 2 weeks of classes right now, and I am so excited for the break I will have before I start back up in January. So I really want to cherish this time and RELAX. I’ll still be working of course, but without homework to do every day, we’re talking more naps and sleeping in more! I am so excited, because I have a lot of sleep to catch up on. I just want to lounge around reading a good book with a cup of Starbucks.

+// Health and Fitness. So for the past month I have completely stopped sticking to any of my health and fitness goals. =( It happens. I had my reasons, but there’s no point in sharing them, because starting yesterday I am back on track with my diet. This month, however, I really want to make a stronger effort to be more active. Losing weight is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise. So I really want to push myself to get these last few pounds off, and I really don’t think I can do it until I get serious about working out again. So I’m printing out my Blogilates Calendar, and I need to start hitting up the gym a few times a week to do some cardio!!

+// Enjoy this time. I love Christmas! Have I said that enough already?? I hope not, because I really do love it! I am looking forward to really enjoying the Holidays this year. This is my first time in quite some time not working in retail for the Holidays and since I wont be working crazy hours it will be a lot easier to really enjoy this time. I want to listen to Christmas Songs all day, drink eggnog like 3-4 times a day, and watch all of my favorite Christmas movies! There are quite a few people in my family, including myself, that have birthdays in December so I am looking forward to celebrating those special days. I’m also really excited for New Year’s. I know this may not sound right, but I am so OVER 2014. I just want to enjoy this last month and welcome 2015 with open arms!

+// Plan for next year. We already have a few important dates marked on the calendar for next year. I’m going to be a Bridesmaid, my younger brother is graduating from High School, and we are trying to make a few trips to visit family. I really want to start thinking about our schedules next year and start making plans and to do lists to help us prepare for everything we have planned. I love planning ahead for things like this, and the sooner I start, the better!

So, those are my goals for December! What do you want to get accomplished this month? Let me know in the comments below! xoxo
