It’s Thursday, and once again I am going to be sharing the “Things I am Loving” this week. This week I decided not to focus on any fashion/beauty trends or items. Frankly, I just don’t have that many new fashion trends that I am into right now, and lets be real here, I haven’t bought new makeup in over a month due to our moving to Colorado. So, I am pretty much just using up old makeup right now. Once we are all settled in, I’m sure I will have more beauty products each week.
1// So the first thing on my collage this week is this amazing Yoga image. So inspirational. Lately, I have been trying to get into having a healthier lifestyle. I got into Yoga a while back, I also love Pilates, and when I am browsing around Pinterest I love checking out Yoga inspired pins and boards. I have been going to the gym more (weight loss update coming soon, it is WAY overdue), and trying to eat better. But I just feel like I have so much more to learn as far as living a healthy lifestyle. And the images I see on Pinterest, and the tips and tricks I am finding have been very inspirational and encouraging.
2// Tumblr. If you haven’t already, check out my tumblr. I have actually had a tumblr for quite a while now. However, when I decided to start making youtube videos and start a blog I pretty much ignored it for months. I recently decided to redo my tumblr, just to freshen it up a bit and make it more user friendly. As soon as I went onto the website for the first time in WEEKS I was hooked. I haven’t gotten off of it in days. It is such an addicting way of blogging and sharing content. I remember when I started this blog I considered deleting my tumblr, because I thought it was pointless with Pinterest, Twitter, and all of my other social networks. But honestly, its a completely different type of content sharing for me, I feel like I am able to express myself in so many different ways because I have so many different social outlets.
3// Inspirational Quotes. I especially love the one in the collage. I actually heard another great one at Church last night that I wanted to share as well. “Your decisions are more important than what has happened to you.” As you can tell regret and choices I’ve made in the past are issues for me right now, and both of these quotes are wonderful reminders that you can’t look back or change anything in the past, you can only move forward.
4// Ryan Gosling. I just had to throw this guy in the mix. I have been a huge Ryan Gosling
fan lover for so long. And when I heard the news of him becoming a daddy, this surge of obsession came over me. Don’t get me wrong I am very happy for him, and I honestly can’t wait to see him as a father. But…let’s just say the meme below pretty much sums up my feelings..
5// And on another non related topic to Ryan Gosling’s future daddy duties, I have been having serious baby fever lately. But not in the way I normally do. I haven’t been seeing cute little babies everywhere and getting sad. Instead I have been punishing myself by reading 85% mommy blogs, and creating boards on my Pinterest named “Maternity” and “Later On“. In the maternity board, I have started pinning maternity shoots that I see on Pinterest and on blogs that I read. In the later on board, its everything baby related, because frankly none of it is useful to me right now. My favorite thing to browse on Pinterest is cute baby nurseries. I have come across so many, that I want to set up a nursery right now, just because of how adorable they are! I can’t be the only person that does this. It’s just like having a wedding board and pinning ideas for your wedding when you aren’t even engaged…or in a relationship. Now I’ve just graduated to “baby planning” with no immediate plans to have any. Totally normal.
What are you loving this week, or are you currently loving anything I mentioned? Let me know in the comments below! Have a great day!
