I hope everyone had an amazing 4th of July this past weekend, mine was slightly reserved but great because I spent it with family! I actually didn’t realize “hey, its a new month” until this morning, hence me posting my July goals a few days late. But better late than never right?
So last month I set a few goals that I think I did an ok job on, you can check out the post here! So much has happened in the past month, all of which I am excited to share very soon in another post! Because of all of this, some of my goals were put on the back burner, so I am hoping that this month will be a month full of growth and productivity. So lets get straight to it!
+ Diet and Weight Loss. I was really hoping I would have made better progress in this area, but like I said, lots of things have been going on, and I have been slipping. So I am hoping that things will start to get back to normal this month, and I am determined to get back on track ASAP.
+ Making More Time for Blogging and Youtube. I did a little better last month, but I can still improve in this area, I still WANT to improve in this area. It’s not even that I didn’t have the time, lately I’ve just been in a funk, a funk that caused me to not be in the mood to blog. Also my living situation has changed, so making videos for youtube is not really as easy as it once was, at least for the time being, so I am just going to focus on getting back into my blog this month. I really do want to get back to blogging daily.
+ Read!! This was a goal from last month that I DID fulfill. I read so much last month, so much that I want to do it again this month. I actually have caught myself watching a lot more TV lately, and losing brain cells in the process, I really love reality TV. So I need to balance that out with a good book every now and then. The only problem is, I don’t have any ideas on what I want to read next, any suggestions??
+ Self Improvement. Alright, this is my first new goal for the month. I really want to take this time to really reflect and try to figure out what I want in life. I’m still young, and I still have time to figure things out, but I want to really start getting it together. So I hope this month to get a better idea of what I want, where I want to be, and how I plan to make those things happen. This affects different areas in my life, work, school, relationships, organization,and personal goals.
+Be Happy. Change is scary. I know that everything happens for a reason, I just want to make sure that all of these changes are going to be for the better. I want to make the most out of life right now. I want to do the things that make me happy, and I want to get closer to my goals and dreams. But this also means having a more positive outlook on life. Which can be hard when things aren’t going the way you hoped or planned, but I don’t want that to keep me from enjoying each day!
